These Terms govern your use of the Codex Analytica website at codexanalytica.com and our public-facing communications. They do not govern paid consulting engagements; those are covered by a separate signed Services Agreement.
By using the site, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who you're agreeing with
ZRN Holdings Pty Ltd, trading as Codex Analytica, an Australian company headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria.
2. Acceptable use
You may use this site for lawful business and personal research. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or republish the site or its underlying code beyond what is reasonable for a single human reader.
- Use the site to send unsolicited marketing, attempt to compromise security, or interfere with availability for other users.
- Misrepresent your identity in our contact form or booking system.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, code, graphics, dashboard mockups, product names, logos, and the Codex Analytica wordmark) is owned by or licensed to ZRN Holdings Pty Ltd. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link, but you may not copy, mirror, or republish the site as a whole.
Our products (DaxHound, Qlik MCP, PropertyLens, BibleBeforePhone) are separately licensed under their own terms.
4. Engagements
Anything written on this site about pricing, timelines, scope, or deliverables is indicative only. The terms of any consulting engagement are set out in a Services Agreement signed by both parties before work begins, including:
- Scope, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
- Fixed price or weekly retainer, payment schedule, and late-payment terms.
- Confidentiality, data handling, and IP ownership of deliverables.
- Liability caps, dispute resolution, and termination.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We make no warranty that it will be error-free, secure against every conceivable threat, or available without interruption. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice; it is general information only.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from or in connection with your use of this site is limited to AUD $100. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. Third-party links
The site links to third-party services (LinkedIn, GitHub, our personal sites, Cal.com, etc.). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
